The KL city centre around KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Chow Kit and Pudu is mostly high-rise offices, serviced apartments, condominiums, and older shophouse rows, so most jobs are in towers or shop units with managed access and set working hours.
What we usually see in KL city centre
Condos: shared roofs need the management body
In a condominium, the roof and car park are common property, so an individual owner cannot install panels or an EV charger without the management corporation's approval. Projects for common areas are proposed to the management body instead.
Shop-offices with daytime business
Clinics, cafés, and offices in shop-office rows use most of their electricity during business hours. Roof access and whether neighbouring units share the roof are checked during assessment.
