Where does Just Clean by 0x cover?
The office is at 15-1, Jalan Radin Anum 1, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Cleaners cover Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil, OUG, Cheras, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, and Mont Kiara.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Bookings start from 3 hours, which covers a regular clean of most condos. Larger homes and deep cleans need more.
Do the cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes. Cleaners bring vacuums, mops, cloths, and cleaning products. If you prefer your own products, for example for marble or timber floors, let us know.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
For weekly, fortnightly, and monthly plans, we keep the same cleaner where schedules allow.
When should I book post-renovation cleaning?
After every contractor has finished, including aircon, curtains, and lighting. Cleaning earlier means new dust settles on clean surfaces.
Are prices listed online?
No. The cost depends on the hours, number of cleaners, and the kind of clean. Send your home details on WhatsApp for a quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many regular customers arrange a key or condo access card. For a first visit, it helps to be there to show the cleaner around.
What is not included?
High-rise exterior windows that need rope access, moving heavy furniture, biohazard cleaning, and pest treatment. Ask if you are unsure.
