Questions

Questions families ask us.

What to do when your pet passes, private versus communal cremation, getting the ashes back, and home burial.

What should I do when my pet dies at home?

Lay your pet on a towel in the coolest room, away from sunlight, with an ice pack wrapped in cloth near the belly. Gently close the eyes and position the legs as if sleeping. Then call us to arrange collection.

What if it happens outside your opening hours?

Keep your pet cool as above and call us in the morning. If your pet passed at the vet, the clinic can usually keep them in cool storage until we collect.

What is the difference between private and communal cremation?

In a private cremation your pet is cremated alone and the ashes are returned to you. In a communal cremation pets are cremated together and the ashes are scattered respectfully, so they cannot be returned.

How long until I get the ashes back?

For a private cremation, usually within a few days. We call you when they are ready, to collect from us or to be delivered home.

Which pets do you cremate?

Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, and other small companion animals. Tell us your pet's approximate size when you call.

Can I bury my pet at home instead?

Some families with landed homes bury small pets in their own garden. Check your local council's rules, bury well away from water sources, and deep enough that other animals cannot disturb the grave. Most condos do not allow it.

Are prices listed online?

No. Costs depend on your pet's size, the type of cremation, and the keepsakes you choose. We explain them clearly on the phone before anything is arranged.

Where are you?

We are at 7-G, Jalan Radin Bagus 3, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. We collect across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Is Just Paws by 0x the same as 0xDIGITAL?

No. Just Paws by 0x is an independently operated pet cremation and memorial business. This website is published as an authorized partner website by 0xDIGITAL.
