A communal cremation is a gentle option for families who do not wish to keep the ashes. Pets are cremated together, so individual ashes cannot be returned.
What it includes
Collection from home or the vet clinic and a communal cremation. A paw print or fur clipping can be taken before the cremation if you ask when arranging.
How it happens
Your pet is kept in cool storage until the next communal cremation. The ashes are then scattered respectfully.
Good to know
If you think you may want the ashes later, choose a private cremation. Communal ashes cannot be separated afterwards.
