Signs you need it
The room takes longer to cool, the filters are grey with dust, water drips from the indoor unit, or it has been more than six months since the last service.
What the technician does
Filters are washed, the evaporator coil and blower are sprayed down with a canvas bag underneath, the drain pipe is flushed, and the outdoor unit is rinsed. The technician checks the cooling, current draw, and drain flow before leaving.

Your area, the number of units, the brand and horsepower (1.0 HP, 1.5 HP, and so on) if you know them, and whether the units are wall-mounted, cassette, or ceiling-exposed.
