Heavy afternoon storms find every weak spot in a roof. The leak is traced from above and below, then the tiles, flashing, or gutter causing it are repaired or replaced.
What the work covers
Inspection from the roof and the ceiling space, replacing cracked tiles and ridge mortar, resealing flashing, clearing or replacing gutters and downpipes, and repairing stained ceiling boards.
How the job runs
The roof is water-tested with a hose after the repair to confirm the leak has stopped. Ceiling stains are repaired only after that.
