Tiling and flooring

Porcelain and ceramic tiles, vinyl and laminate flooring, and re-tiling over or after hacking.

Tiler levelling a large grey porcelain floor tile with a rubber mallet.

New floors for living areas, bedrooms, and porches: large-format porcelain tiles, homogeneous tiles, SPC vinyl, and laminate. Old floors are hacked or overlaid depending on their condition and the door clearances.

What the work covers

Removing or preparing the existing floor, levelling screed where needed, laying tiles or planks, grouting, skirting, and door trimming.

How the job runs

Tiles are dry-laid first to agree the pattern and where cuts fall. Large tiles are laid with levelling clips to keep joints flat. The floor is protected until the rest of the work is finished.

Before we start

The rooms to be done, the tile or flooring you like (a photo or product name is fine), and whether furniture needs to be moved out.
