What the work covers
Covering floors and furniture, scraping flaking paint, filling cracks, treating mould or damp spots, sealer, and two coats of paint. Exterior work uses weather-resistant paint and may need scaffolding.
How the job runs
Colours are tested on the wall before the full coat. Interiors are painted room by room so the house stays usable. Exterior painting is scheduled around the weather.
