Before the treatment
What people ask before a pest treatment.
Termite baiting versus soil treatment, safety with children and pets, how long it takes to work, and follow-up visits.
Where is Just Pest by 0x?
The office is at 30-2, Jalan Radin Tengah, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Technicians cover Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil, Cheras, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, and Petaling Jaya.
Is the treatment safe for children and pets?
Products and placement are chosen for the household. Tell us about children, pets, fish tanks, and anyone with asthma when you book. Baits go in places children and pets cannot reach, and sprayed areas should be kept clear until they are dry.
Termite baiting or soil treatment: which is better?
They do different jobs. Baiting eliminates the colony but takes weeks to months. Soil treatment creates a treated zone around the building that termites avoid. Many homes with active termites use baiting first, and soil treatment for long-term protection.
How long does termite baiting take?
Usually several weeks to a few months, depending on the colony and how quickly workers find the bait. Stations are checked on scheduled visits until activity stops.
Should I spray the termites myself first?
No. Spraying mud tubes or live termites makes them abandon that spot, which leaves nowhere to place bait. Leave the activity as it is until the inspection.
Are prices listed online?
No. The cost depends on the pest, the size of the premises, and how far the problem has spread. You get a quotation after the inspection.
Is the company licensed?
In Malaysia, pest control operators are licensed by the Pesticides Board under the Pesticides Act 1974. You can ask the technician to show the licence during the visit.
Do you do contracts for restaurants and factories?
Yes. Scheduled visits with numbered bait stations and a service report after each visit, which supports food-safety audits.
Is Just Pest by 0x the same as 0xDIGITAL?
