Cockroach control

Gel baiting and targeted treatment for German cockroaches in kitchens and American cockroaches from drains.

Technician applying gel bait along the hinge of a kitchen cabinet.

The small brown cockroaches in kitchen cabinets and the large ones that come up from drains are different species and are treated differently.

Signs to look for

Cockroaches seen at night, droppings like ground pepper in cabinet corners and hinges, egg cases, and a musty smell in heavily infested kitchens.

How the treatment works

Gel bait is placed in cracks, hinges, and behind appliances, where cockroaches hide. Drains, floor traps, and the bin area are treated for the larger species. A follow-up visit checks activity and re-baits where needed.

Before the visit

Clear food and utensils from the cabinets to be treated, and avoid spraying household insecticide near the gel bait, since it keeps cockroaches away from it.
