Bee and wasp nest removal

Removal of wasp and hornet nests from eaves, trees, and roof spaces.

Technician in a protective suit removing a wasp nest from under a roof eave.

Wasp and hornet (tebuan) nests near doors, windows, and play areas are removed by technicians in protective suits. Honey bee colonies can often be relocated rather than destroyed.

Stay safe

Keep people and pets away from the nest, and do not spray, burn, or knock it down yourself. Disturbed wasps and hornets attack in numbers.

How the treatment works

The nest is identified from a distance, treated, and removed once activity stops, usually at dusk when the colony is inside. Nests in roof spaces may need a return visit.

Before the visit

A photo of the nest from a safe distance, how high it is, and whether anyone in the house is allergic to stings.
